AMITEX/AMILINE Elite‑S

Description

AMITEX/AMILINE Elite-S is a glossy multilayer barrier casing designed for production of packaged pasteurized and sterilized products with a long shelf life (sausages, spreads and other products).
The distinctive features of AMITEX/AMILINE Elite-S casing are high barrier characteristics due to usage of polymers with a low permeability to gases, in particular, oxygen – that is copolymer of ethylene and vinyl alcohol (EVOH) and high heat resistance (the casing withstands thermal processing at temperatures of up to 125 °С).

Application

Multilayer barrier sausage casing is used for stuffing, packing, storing and selling of sterilized and long life pasteurized food products

    • wide range of colors, and possibility of printing on the casing;
    • no sealing seam;
    • no internal or external corrosion;
    • excellent thermal physical characteristics, minimal weight of packaging;
    • easy disposal of wastes and environmental safety of the AMITEX/AMILINE Elite-S casing;
    • easy opening of the packaging.
  4. Physiological safety the AMITEX/AMILINE Elite-S casing is impervious to microbiological degradation, because the materials used for their production are inert to the action of bacteria and mold fungi. This facilitates storage of the casing and improves the hygienic characteristics of both the casing itself, and of the sausage production.
