AMISTYLE CPE

AMISTYLE CPE – is multilayer high-barrier film for packaging products of food industry enterprises. It contains antifog and it is intended for sealing trays with polyethylene welding layer.

AMISTYLE CPE film is made of polyamide, polyolefin, polyethylene terephthalate, EvOH and adhesive (modified polyethylene), approved for use in the food industry. It contains antifog.

• protective layer against fogging facilitates to extend product shelf life due to absence of condensation in the package;
• heat-shrinkable properties ensure uniform tension of the film on the tray and aesthetic appearance of the package;
• absolute see-through package for the best product presentation;
• ability to weld in a wide temperature range to ensure reliable sealing of the package;
• excellent weldability with the main types of trays and bottom films;
• ability to adjust strength of the weld to regulate ease of the package opening;
• minimum thickness (25 and 40 microns) to reduce costs and waste;
• best ecological index, reducing negative impact on the environment due to long shelf life of packaged products and surface printing.

*AMISTYLE CPE-40-M film is characterized by minimal heat shrinkage and is designed for use on tray sealers with film trimming along the inner edge (inside-cut).

AMISTYLE CPE films are printed in multi-color or full-color.

Printing is performed using flexographic method, paints are resistant to boiling, grease and mechanical damage.

Coils on cardboard spools with 76 mm diameter.

Welding temperature

130–170°C.

Sealing time

Varies in the range from 0.6 to 2 sec, provided that the equipment is in good working condition.
