AMISTYLE CP

Description

AMISTYLE СР is a multilayer high barrier film for packaging of food products.

The AMISTYLE СР film can be used:

as the lidding film for thermoforming on various types of forming equipment and vacuum or MAP packaging of food products;
for MAP packaging of food products by the Flow Pack process on horizontal or vertical packaging machines.

We recommend to use the AMISTYLE СР lidding film together with the AMISTYLE BP bottom film.

Application

Packaging of various food (meat products, chilled meat, chilled poultry, sausages and specialties, chilled fish, cheeses and cheese-based products, snacks, etc.) by thermoforming and Flow Pack processes with the use of vacuum or modified atmosphere to extend the shelf life.

Сomposition

The AMISTYLE CP film is made of polyamide, polyolefin, polyethylene terephthalate, EVOH and an adhesive (modified polyethylene) allowed for use in the food industry.

Advantages

The outer layer made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) provides for excellent optical properties (gloss and transparency) and heat resistance of the film.
The polyamide layer (РА) ensures excellent strength characteristics of the film.
Ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH) forms a high barrier to oxygen and provides for:
- microbiological stability of products during the storage;
- retardation of the oxidation processes that cause rancidification of the fats contained in the food products.
The inner polyethylene (РЕ) layer allows sealing within a wide temperature range to create a tight seal, and is a barrier to water vapor (zero weight losses during storage).
The low specific weight of the film (kg/m2) ensures a perfect product-to-packaging weight ratio.

Printing

Printing is applied by the flexographic method. The inks are resistant to boiling, fats, and mechanical impacts.
